My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite big, had plenty of storage space, and were always at a good warm temperature. However, the service was poor, with staff appearing disinterested and unhelpful. On the positive side, the location was amazing, just a short walk to all amenities and the ski lift.

The hotel has a beautiful location, just 150 meters from the ski road and near top amenities. The rooms are large and comfortable, maintaining a perfect temperature. The service was excellent, although language barriers caused some confusion. Dining offered good options but could improve in quality. The facilities were impressive and well-maintained.
